Targeting Individuals with Gang Stalking Technology 101: Heads They Win, Tails You Lose + My Experience

Gang Stalking: a term that describes the orchestrated harassment and intimidation by a collective against an individual or smaller group to produce a desired outcome.

On September 21st - 22nd I was attacked by gang stalking frequency weapons (one of which, voice-to-skull, is covered in section 3 of this article). It was a horrible experience, and, in an effort to appease my assailants and hopefully put an end to it, all but two articles on this Substack and six months worth of comments were deleted, tritorch.com was taken offline, and I swore off from writing anything else in the future.
The thought process behind these frantic concessions was that since it was clear they wanted me to shut up, I would gladly shut up if it meant they would cease their assault—if you've experienced what these weapons do first hand you will understand this eagerness to get them off your back, if not, count yourself lucky. Well those conciliatory measures (already a major life change) did nothing to appease the aggressors: after a brief reprieve (Special Ted, you were right), the nightmare soldiered on as the attacks took a new direction and escalated dramatically, and by the late afternoon of the 24th, I found myself installed into first a regular, and then a mental hospital under a suicide watch where I was imprisoned for ~7 days.
By the time I emerged my job had been stripped from me, I have since been evicted from my home, and my entire family believes I am crazy.

Life decimating outcomes like these are the purpose/goal of gang stalkers against what they label as ‘targeted individuals’ whom they want to silence and/or take out of the equation (yours truly in this case), and these operations are exceedingly effective at achieving these ends. Once targeted, by the time they finally cease their attacks, your reputation is typically ruined, your means of supporting yourself is up in smoke (as goes your employment so go your house and credit rating), people that don't believe you when you attempt to articulate what occurred think you went insane and distance themselves (even family), and people that do believe want little to do with you as suddenly, from their perspective, you just sprouted wings and achieved radioactivity.
So while you find your life in tatters because you are a victim of a bona-fide egregious and traumatic crime, not only are the people who committed it not in handcuffs on their way to prison (or even known/suspected), and not only do most people suddenly want nothing to do with you, but you're also now widely considered to be a few aces short of a full deck of cards.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why gang stalking is so effective: their razor sharp sword slices you first coming and then going, and building back from the deep hole in which they leave you - homeless, jobless, abandoned, and shunned - is like trying to un-wreck a totaled car. Once under their gaze your future devolves into a demonic coin flip where both the following outcomes are all but guaranteed: heads they win, tails you lose.
Let's delve into this nightmare, shall we?
This is likely not a wise article to be writing - I am taking a major risk that they will come after me again - but it must be done: Sunlight is the best disinfectant and awareness of this carnage must be spread far and wide if this madness is to be stopped. 2. As Real As A Heart Attack: Gang Stalking is No Conspiracy Theory
It's a conspiracy fact, and disbelief is the engine that powers it.
If you harbor doubts that gang stalking is real, here is a quote from a ‘Modern War Institute’ lecture circa 2017 where Dr. James Giordano says otherwise, and even with blatant admissions like this, almost no one believes that they both have and are using these demented capabilities (this lecture has been appended to the end of this article—if you want to know how truly deranged and unchecked these psychopaths are, it is essential viewing):
What I've now done [with these weapons] is I've got every individual who has been diagnostically hypochondriacal, and I've got every individual who's the 'worried well' flooding the public health system, banging on the door. The CDC comes back and says 'nonsense, that's not real'. I come back and say, 'that's fake news'.

As an aside, the mad doctor just adeptly explained in eighteen short words how effortlessly the US government gaslights the population and blinds them to their crimes simply by using Pavlovian keywords like ‘conspiracy theory’, ‘fake news’, and the burgeoning new darling, ‘there is no evidence…’
Who knew when you deliberately don't look for evidence of something… you cannot find it even when it is all around you and staring you in the face?
And that is the crux of gang stalking: the perpetrators gaslight the public into thinking it is complete lunacy so the public never looks for it—and you cannot solve the problem of gang stalking when you are convinced that there isn't one.
Before we go any further it is important underscore the fact that, to the lawless institutions and depraved individuals who engage in this abhorrent behavior, it is imperative that the general public believes it is all nonsense—and this false belief is a large part of why these heinous crimes are so effective at ruining lives. This widespread (almost universal) disbelief in gang stalking grants their unholy activities far more power than they would otherwise have because almost no one then believes the victims who are then left isolated and rejected at a time when they need help and faith the most. So keeping these methods and technologies out of the public eye is a key tentpole to their success as this concealment traps these tactics squarely in the ‘delusional fantasy realm’ of the minds of almost everyone who has never experienced them, making the victimization far more potent because no one believes the victims and rehabilitation far less likely as support systems disintegrate. You will never see a 60 Minutes deep dive down this rabbit hole for this reason, so again, to remedy that and help disempower the wielders of this wicked technology, please share this article far and wide.
Now, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, allow me to post the following few paragraphs on how readily the public is manipulated with Pavlovian keywords one last time, but this time - having now been shoved through the ‘targeted individual’ looking glass myself - from a completely fresh perspective:
Many people I encounter are so brainwashed by media that they can't see two inches in front of their noses, and if you ever challenge them on the propaganda they find there, like Pavlov's dog they will call you a conspiracy theorist. They will then turn up their nose and walk away with a heightened sense of superiority.
The term "conspiracy theory" is remarkably adept at turning off all critical thinking like a light switch in a large portion of the people I have personally met. Conditioning the public to react this way has to have been one of the most effective PSYOPs ever pushed onto the general population.
It is equal parts diabolic and brilliant, and it means that the elites can get away with just about anything with little to no scrutiny because everyone is too afraid to point out that the emperor has no clothes lest they be labeled a "conspiracy theorist".
This is a hat-trick trap we must never fall into—doing so greatly helps the bad actors and badly harms our chances to eject them. For instance, everything in the following pull-quote is 100% true, I lived it, but if you refuse to believe it then you are playing right into their hands and that makes the job of exposing and stopping these activities much more difficult. Remember: rejection and disbelief in these capabilities and their use, acts as jetfuel to their sinister agenda.
In the opening I mentioned that I landed in a mental hospital on a suicide watch, this led to a no-call-no-show at work and my ultimate firing. Here's how they got me committed:
On top of everything else, toward the end of the assault I was desperately trying to kill myself because they had gleefully convinced me that they framed me for two murders (one of which was a baby I raped beforehand), and that my family would believe I committed them (that my mom was already dead with a stroke from the shock of discovering the dead child), that they would destroy my remaining relatives, and that I would be put to a highly publicized OJ Simpson-esq trial with all my writings and comments on display to show the world how crazy I was and how dangerous unchecked free speech and the free and open internet is with conspiracy minded crazies like me galavanting around spreading dangerous disinformation, followed by being convicted and imprisoned for life in a psychiatric hospital where they would sadistically burst my eardrums and heal them over and over again with the Havana Syndrome [see section 3 for details] weapons.
This sounds 100% crazy and that's the secret sauce that makes these tactics so incredibly destructive because it is also 100% true: You and your out of sight mystery attackers know the truth about what you just experienced, but when you explain it everyone else thinks you've lost your mind. It's the definition of a no win scenario. The sword cuts both ways. You endure the permanent consequences of looking, talking, and acting crazy and suicidal - in addition - to their full frontal assault, and its lingering trauma on your psyche. It's the nightmare that keeps on scaring long after the dream train has departed the sleep station.
And even then, this madness represents only a small slice of the total mental violations that occurred between the 23rd and the 24th of last September, but it should at least grant a solid notion of what their mind weapons can achieve when they have you isolated and fully in their clutches and budget does not seem to be an issue (this operation had to have cost a fortune). And there is no theory here, this conspiracy happened: Being awake in a nightmare is about as close as I can get to describing it. But if you don't believe it, they've won, and will continue winning with every fresh “targeted” victim that crosses them when they say or do something the perpetrators don't care for. It is only when we accept these aggressions as -real and present malicious attacks- -that are happening-, can we begin the work to stop them.

3. Gang Stalking 101: Technology & Psychology
Both fully deployed at mind bogglingly advanced levels.
I'm looking to target key individuals who may then be influential to relevant aspects of their representative groups. I can affect individuals brain functions in a variety of different ways, both positively and negatively, by engaging or disengaging nodes and networks of the brain that therefore affect their cognitions, emotions, and ultimately their behavior.

Ted Gunderson worked for the FBI from 1951 to 1979. He became a high ranking special agent and head of many FBI state offices. In 1979 he was even one of the candidates for the position of FBI director. In 2011, Gunderson signed an affidavit where he confirmed that gang stalking was indeed happening in the U.S:
It is my professional opinion, based on information, knowledge and belief that the information sought by Mr. Labella in this F.O.I.A. suit regarding “gang stalking”, “gang stalking groups” and “gang stalking methods” reasonably describes an ongoing, active, covert nationwide program that is in effect today…
I have documentation and know that throughout the U.S., operating 24 hours-a-day and 7 days-a-week, there is a Central Command, located within the U.S., with multiple satellite offices, whose administrators can instantly initiate surveillance, phone taps and harassment against any individual in the country. They have the technology, financing and manpower to dispense illegal surveillance and harassment against anyone at any time, day or night.
Individuals targeted by this program have been subjected to illegal and unconstitutional phone taps, illegal re-routing of business and private phone calls for purposes of harassment, illegal audio “bugging”, surreptitious entry into home, office, and vehicle, visual surveillance in the home conducted by illegal placement of miniature remote, wireless cameras (often accessible via internet), illegal internet spyware, illegal GPS tracking (often through their own mobile phones), regular fixed and mobile surveillance, mail misdirection, mail theft and tampering, financial and employment sabotage, slander campaigns and community ostracizing, internet disinformation and smear campaigns, poisoning, assaults and murder, illegal set-ups on drug charges and other felony charges, amongst many other civil rights abuses.

Among the core self-identified purposes of JTRIG are two tactics: (1) to inject all sorts of false material onto the internet in order to destroy the reputation of its targets; and (2) to use social sciences and other techniques to manipulate online discourse and activism to generate outcomes it considers desirable. To see how extremist these programs are, just consider the tactics they boast of using to achieve those ends: “false flag operations” (posting material to the internet and falsely attributing it to someone else), fake victim blog posts (pretending to be a victim of the individual whose reputation they want to destroy), and posting “negative information” on various forums. [Author’s note: my assailants’ had access to all my accounts and communications, and likely wrote under them posing as me, this would explain a lot.]
Abstract Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein. [Author’s note: from my nightmarish experience I can assure you that this technology is REAL, is in use, and is now FAR more advanced than described in the original Abstract.]

4. Countermeasures, Aftermath, & Conclusion
Something my colleague Jamie Canton likes to play with an awful lot is the idea of 'Special Neutralized Operations', and here we're talking about the use of either drugs and or devices to modify the integrity of brain function that we realize can also modify individuals perception of time and space. ... And this to can be used against key individuals to modify their perception ... of what occurred and what did not.

If any of you find yourself in a situation anything like the one you've read here, you should immediately surround yourself with your friends and loved ones. This will greatly hinder their attack opportunities and surfaces. Get on the phone if you cannot be there physically, and if you sadly have no one to call, go to an online forum or, better yet, go and get to know your neighbors. Being with and/or talking to others is anathema to gang stalking tactics because your isolation dramatically enhances their ability to manipulate and intimidate you when no one else is there to witness it, or, distract you from it.
Jesus said: Where two or more are gathered together, I am in your midsts.

That quote above and following commentary is what's known as a ‘tell’. I’ve lived alone for many years so it was nothing for them to surround me with their weapons and use them to alter my mental states. Had I spent more time with family, even just taking to them on a regular basis, the job of the stalkers would have been more difficult, I would have been more healthy, and they may not have bothered with me in the first place. But, by choice, I was alone for weeks at a time most of the year and they handily got what they wanted which was to burn my life like a cane field in high wind. As you worked your way through this story you no doubt noticed three ridiculously nefarious quotes from one, Dr. Giordano (full lecture in Appendix A), casually speaking of the monstrous evil the government has mired itself in at your expense using your hard earned tax dollars. Alas, having a practically unlimited budget the use of which is sealed tight behind locked doors - doors which very few people have the security clearances to even know about much less access (meaning there is no accountability and in many cases even no awareness of what they - DARPA, the CIA, et al - are playing God with, by We the People) - is an extremely toxic mixture. Human nature all but guarantees that very very bad things will emerge from such a black dungeon. And, given that corruption grows with time, the more time that passes the more grotesque those emergent things will be…And a lot of time has passed.
We are here. We’ve arrived at a place where writers and activists like myself can have their lives stealthily burned and reputations torched without recourse by speaking inconvenient truths to the powers that shouldn't be. Unholy powers that now have their unworthy fingertips poised over technology so advanced they can control your mind should they find the reason and opportunity to do so. All we can do now is to shine a bright spotlight on these capabilities in order to relocate these technologies from where they now reside as wacky conspiracy theories in the public mind to genuine, immutable, well known, truths.
Then we can sit back and watch these roaches scatter, it's what they're best at when faced with sunshine, and as we round them up and deposit them in prison, we can all rest a bit easier once the sun sets.
Liberty cannot abide them continuing to target those who tell inconvenient and uncomfortable truths that threaten their rule over us. It is no exaggeration to say that writing this is a huge risk to me. Please don't make it a vain one: Get the word out ladies and gentleman. Share this story. Shine this light.
